Pyramid Auto Sales & Service

In 1983, Pyramid Auto was built from the “ground up.”A vacant lot was purchased and a 3-bay garage was constructed.Since I was still on active duty with the military, the “open hours” were a bit unusual--4:30 p.m. to ? and all day Saturday and Sunday.  After several months, a mechanic was hired to work during the day-time.  It was a slow start.  However, by July 1984 it was retirement time and I could show up on a full time basis. Another mechanic was hired.  As business increased, we added an office and another three bays with two lifts.  Another mechanic was hired, and two additional bays were added with two more lifts.
In the beginning, buying used vehicles and making them safe and dependable was our mainstay.  Gradually, however, more and more folks were coming to us for their vehicle repair, and our time was devoted more to customer repairs than fixing up pre-owned vehicles.
Although we continue to maintain a small inventory--mostly of late-model, pre-owned vehicles--our technicians are kept quite busy maintaining customers’ vehicles.  We enjoy a good customer base, and our business is 95% word-of-mouth, which provides an element of trust among the customers referred to our shop. (We do work by appointments, so it’s best--when possible--to phone ahead and schedule.)
Unless given prior work approval, we will diagnose your vehicle and call you with an estimate for parts and labor.  After repairs are completed, we will review the repair order with you.  You are shown all replaced parts and given an explanation of the repairs.  We take pride in our work and feel it is very important to inform you, the customer, and provide answers to your questions.
There is enough legitimate work to be performed without selling you things you do not need.   Our creed has always been to treat people fairly  and honestly.
Our technicians keep abreast of the latest technology by attending training classes.  Also, we have air conditioning Freon charging and recovery machines, a cooling system back-flush machine, an oscilloscope, scanners, etc., to perform on-board vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
We will always strive to provide quality, honest, and fair vehicle repairs.  Should you have any comments--be them positive or negative--please e-mail me or call the shop.
If you are a Pyramid customer, we sincerely thank you for your support and trust.  If you are a potential Pyramid customer, call or stop by and get acquainted and check out the services we can provide for you.
